Advanced to the quarterfinals with a 6-and-4 victory over Anne Freman … competing in her fourth Girls’ Junior (2008-09, 2011-12) … also competed in the 2009 Women’s Amateur and 2009 Women’s Amateur Public Links … was the stroke-play runner-up at the 2011 Girls’ Junior … became the youngest quarterfinalist in WAPL history in 2009 at age 13 … has won 157 tournaments in her career … had a hole-in-one during the second round of stroke play, the fourth of her career … will attend Oklahoma State University in the fall of 2013 … daughter of Harry and Railene … has one brother, Corey … birthday is Nov. 17, 1995

Advanced to the quarterfinals with a 3-and-2 victory over Alexandra Kaui … competing in her first Girls’ Junior … also competed in the 2008 and 2012 Women’s Amateur Public Links … a 2012 AJGA Rolex Honorable Mention All-America … goes by the nickname GG, which stands for Golf Goddess, something she received from her high school AP Statistics teacher… will attend the University of Virginia in the fall of 2013 … daughter of Oswaldo Diaz and Connie Yi … birthday is Jan. 25, 1995

Advanced to the quarterfinals with a 6-and-4 victory over Summar Roachell … competing in her fourth Girls’ Junior (2009-2012) … also competed in the 2009-10 Women’s Open and 2009-10 Women’s Amateur … won the 2010 AJGA Rolex Girls Junior Championship and Thunderbird International Junior … was a 2009 and 2010 AJGA First-Team All-American … daughter of Delin Feng … born in the People’s Republic of China … birthday is Feb. 10, 1996 

Ariya Jutanugarn, 16, of Thailand
Advanced to the quarterfinals with a 8-and-6 victory over Ashlan Ramsey … competing in her fourth Girls’ Junior (2009-2012) … also competed in the 2010-11 Women’s Open, 2010-11 Women’s Amateur and 2010 Women’s Amateur Public Links … currently ranked No. 2 in the Women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking … won the 2011 U.S. Girls’ Junior, 2 and 1, over Dottie Ardina after winning stroke-play medalist honors … became the 16th player in championship history to win the stroke-play medal and go on to win the championship … was the stroke-play medalist at the 2010 Women’s Amateur Public Links, where she lost to 2010 USA Curtis Cup Team member Cydney Clanton in the third round … was the low amateur at the 2011 and 2012 Kraft Nabisco Championship … won the 2012 Rolex Girls’ Junior Championship, Thunderbird International Junior and Women’s Western Amateur … won the 2011 Rolex Girls’ Junior Championship … became the youngest player to qualify for an LPGA Tour event at age 11, when she qualified for the 2007 Honda LPGA Thailand event … named the 2011 AJGA Rolex Junior Player of the Year … daughter of Somboon and Narumon … has a sister, Moriya, who was the runner-up at the 2011 U.S. Women’s Amateur… lives in Bangkok, Thailand, but spends five months per year in the United States, playing golf … birthday is Nov. 23, 1995

McCormick Medal, which is awarded to the season’s top-ranked amateur … won the 2012 New South Wales Open, becoming the youngest person, male or female, to in a professional event … also won the 2012 Australian Amateur … represented New Zealand at the 2010 Women’s World Amateur Team Championship, where she was the youngest competitor … born in Seoul, South Korea, but moved to New Zealand in 2001 … daughter of Jil-Hong and Tina … has one sister, Sura … birthday is March 24, 1997
