The USC senior will make her U.S. Women’s Open debut by virtue of being No. 23 in the Women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking®. Garvey is a two-time honorable mention All-American for the Trojans and one of three current USC players in the field, joining 2019 U.S. Women’s Amateur champion Gabriela Ruffels and Allisen Corpuz. Garvey was the runner-up to Emily Toy in The Women’s Amateur Championship, conducted by The R&A, at Royal Country Down. She also represented New Zealand in the 2018 Women’s World Amateur Team Championship.
