Belac will make her U.S. Women’s Open debut after leading the 2020 Symetra Tour money list. Belac turned pro this past summer when the COVID-19 pandemic cut her senior season at Duke University short. Belac recorded her first professional victory on Oct. 28 in the Carolina Golf Classic on Pinehurst Resort & Country Club’s Course No. 9. That vaulted Belac into the top five on the money list and she took over the top spot with a tie for 26th in the season-ending Symetra Tour Championship. At Duke, Belac helped the Blue Devils to the 2019 NCAA title. She also was named a first-team All-American for the 2019-20 season by the Women’s Golf Coaches Association. In 2019, she helped the International Team to victory in the Palmer Cup.
