The long-hitting van Dam will be making her third U.S. Women’s Open start. Five of van Dam’s seven worldwide victories have come on the Ladies European Tour, including consecutive wins in the Andalucia Costa Del Sol Open de España Femenino in 2018 and 2019. Van Dam represented Europe in the 2019 Solheim Cup. Van Dam led the Ladies European Tour in driving distance in both 2017 and 2018 and is currently third on the LPGA Tour in 2020 at 281.85 yards.
