Lindblad earned her first U.S. Women’s Open start by being No. 2 in the Women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking®. A sophomore at LSU, Lindblad is coming off a freshman season in which she was a unanimous first-team All-American selection, the Southeastern Conference Player of the Year and a finalist for the Annika Award, given to the top player in women’s college golf. She has already posted two college victories. Lindblad led Sweden to the 2019 European Ladies’ Team Championship.
