The Alabama native will make her second U.S. Women’s Open start – and first since 2014 at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club – after finishing No. 5 on the 2020 Symetra Tour money list. Jackson recorded her first professional win in the season-opening Florida’s Natural Charity Classic in March. She added two more top 5s, including a share of fifth in the season-ending Symetra Tour Championship. Jackson finished 57th on the Symetra Tour in 2019, making 15 of 18 cuts. Jackson started her college career at the University of Arizona before transferring to Alabama, where she earned All-Southeastern Conference honors as a senior in 2016. Jackson made the cut as an amateur in the 2011 Navistar LPGA Classic in her home state of Alabama as a Monday qualifier.
