The teenager will make her U.S. Women’s Open debut by virtue of being No. 14 in the Women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking®. In 2020, Malchirand has captured the GTGA Invitational and Grand Prix de ligue PACA Dames and finished second in the Junior Orange Bowl in Florida. She also posted a fourth-place finish in the American Junior Golf Association’s Tournament of Champions in late 2019. She represented Europe in the 2019 Junior Solheim Cup.
