The long-hitting Floridian is set to make her 16th start in the U.S. Women’s Open and first since giving birth in July 2019. She earned entry into the field based on the USGA’s recently created maternity exemption. Lincicome owns two major victories, winning the Kraft Nabisco Championship (now ANA Inspiration) in 2009 and following up with that same title six years later. Lincicome first announced herself to the world by shooting an opening-round 66 as an amateur in the 2004 U.S. Women’s Open. Her best U.S. Women’s Open finish is solo fifth in 2009 at Saucon Valley Country Club. In October, she tied for ninth in the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship at Aronimink Golf Club. Lincicome is a product of LPGA-USGA Girls Golf. Lincicome has represented the USA on six Solheim Cup Teams. Away from golf, Lincicome is an avid fisherman with husband David Gouws.
