The Concord, N.C., native will make her fifth U.S. Women’s Open start. Her only LPGA Tour victory to date came in the 2019 Dow Great Lakes Invitational with partner Jasmine Suwannapura. She also owns two Symetra Tour victories, the 2013 Four Winds Invitational and 2019 Murphy USA El Dorado Shootout. Clanton posted a pair of victories at Auburn University. During that time, she won the 2010 Women’s North & South Amateur at Pinehurst and represented the USA in the 2010 Curtis Cup Match and Women’s World Amateur Team Championship.
