Piller is set to make her eighth start in the U.S. Women’s Open, with her best finish being a tie for fifth last year at the Country Club of Charleston. Piller grew up in Roswell, N.M., the same town that produced Hall of Famer Nancy Lopez. She eventually earned her way onto the LPGA Tour in 2010. She has represented the USA three times in the Solheim Cup (2013, 2015 and 2017). She took a sabbatical from the circuit in 2018 to give birth to son Ajeo James Piller. Her husband, Martin, competes on both the PGA and Korn Ferry tours.
