Jutanugarn joined her youngster sister Ariya as an LPGA Tour winner when she claimed the 2018 Hugel-JTBC LA Open at Wilshire Country Club by two strokes over Inbee Park and Jin Young Ko. They were the second set of sisters to win on the LPGA Tour, joining Annika and Charlotta Sorenstam, and they have since been joined by Jessica and Nelly Korda. Moriya’s best finish in a major championship is a share of third in the 2017 Evian. As an amateur, Moriya was the runner-up to Danielle Kang in the 2011 U.S. Women’s Amateur at Rhode Island Country Club.
