Volunteer Committees

Time Commitment

Each volunteer package options requests various shift requirements. Volunteers will not be paid wages or compensated in any other manner in exchange for their volunteer activities. Please see package specific required shifts below:

• Eagle Volunteers will be required to volunteer for a minimum of six (6) shifts with each shift lasting between five (5) and six (6) hours.
• Birdie Volunteers will be required to volunteer for a minimum of two (2) shifts with each shift lasting between five (5) to six (6) hours.
• Par Volunteers will be required to volunteer for a minimum of four (4) shifts with each shift lasting between five (5) to six (6) hours.
• Youth Volunteers will be required to volunteer for a minimum of three (3) shifts with each shift lasting between five (5) to six (6) hours.

Committee Assignment

Approximately 15 committees will comprise the Volunteer Program at the 2022 U.S. Women’s Open Championship. Committee assignments will be communicated in the winter of 2022. Please note, volunteers may be subject to a criminal history background check and/or a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check based on committee assignment.
