Road to Pine Needles: Qualified at Boso Country Club in Japan on April 25

Takagi earned her first U.S. Women's Open start by registering rounds of 67-69 on the East and West Courses of Boso Country Club in the Chiba Prefecture, Japan, qualifier on April 25. Her lone professional victory to date is the 2019 Ana Princess Cup on the Japan Step Up Tour. She now competes on the LPGA Tour of Japan, where she posted three top-10s in 2021.
