Ueda’s 17 professional victories have come on the LPGA Tour of Japan, but two were co-sanctioned by the LPGA Tour (2007 and 2011 Mizuno Classic). Her last victory came in the 2021 Panasonic Open Ladies Golf Tournament. This will be her eighth start in the U.S. Women’s Open. All three of her top-10s in major championships have come in the Women's British Open, including a solo sixth in 2020.
