Anannarukarn will make her third consecutive U.S. Women’s Open start after tying for 62nd last year at The Olympic Club and missing the cut in 2020 at Champions Golf Club. She turned professional at 18 after posting five victories as an amateur on professional circuits in her native Thailand. Last August, she broke through for her first LPGA Tour win at the ISPS Handa World Invitational on the second playoff hole over American Emma Talley. In 2019, Anannarukarn was fourth in the Louise Suggs Rolex Rookie of the Year standings by making 16 of 19 cuts and finishing 71st on the money list.
