Scott Hebert

Scott Hebert has been selected as an intern for the Northeast Region. Scott recently graduated from the University of Maryland’s Institute of Applied Agriculture’s Golf Turf Management Program where Dr. Kevin Mathias served as his advisor.


Golf has always been a major part of Scott’s life. He was taught the game at an early age by his father and grew up playing courses throughout the mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Scott has previously interned at Queenstown Harbor Golf Links in Queenstown, Md. A native of Baltimore, Scott also holds a B.S. degree in history from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Va.


Scott currently is working at the Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Md. and plans to further his education by pursuing a master’s degree in environmental issues pertaining to golf course management.
