Welcome to the USGA Experience and World Golf Hall of Fame!
Millions of visitors and thousands of locals are in the Pinehurst area every year to live, breathe and play the game in the Home of American Golf. When the USGA committed to building our Golf House Pinehurst campus, we set out to create an immersive experience about everything we love about golf – its champions and game changers, the exciting courses on which we play, the art and science of this dynamic sport, and the energy that propels it forward.
It's our way of saying that golf is a game for everyone, it’s a game for a lifetime, and you are welcome to experience it like an insider and invited guest.
This building – the USGA Experience on the bottom floor, and the World Golf Hall of Fame on the second floor – was designed as a free-flowing, integrated space, giving you the ability to explore at your leisure and curate your own visit under a singular ticketed entry.
Whether you bring your golf buddies in to show them the USGA trophies in the Championship Gallery or World Golf Hall of Fame lockers, take your family through the STEM activations in the Science of Golf Gallery or spend an afternoon on your own in our USGA Museum galleries – this space is for you.
The USGA Experience
Located on the ground floor, the USGA Experience includes the USGA Championship, Science of Golf, and Museum galleries, as well as a gift shop.
Visitors will explore how a USGA championship comes to life, interact with recent champions and their journeys to the national stage, and watch films on USGA championships in the Championship Gallery.
The Science of Golf Gallery uses augmented reality to share how the game works - for golfers and golf course operators. Learn about the physics of how golf balls fly and how golf architecture, agronomy, data and research work together to help golf course managers create the golfer experience.
If you love golf history, the USGA Museum galleries will immerse you in the stories and legends, culture and epic moments of the game since its inception. Exhibits change approximately every nine months, giving you a new experience every time you visit.
