USGA Experience and World Golf Hall of Fame Policies

Visitor Policies

We look forward to welcoming you to the USGA Experience and World Golf Hall of Fame. Please review our policies and enjoy your visit.

The USGA Experience and World Golf Hall of Fame reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission of any visitor whose conduct violates these guidelines.

 

Parking

  • Parking is available only to active visitors of the USGA Experience and World Golf Hall of Fame.

 

Pets

  • Service dogs are welcome. No other pets or emotional support animals are allowed.

 

Food and Drink

  • Water is allowed in a secure bottle. No other outside food or liquids are permitted.

 

Bags

  • Small bags or backpacks are permitted. Large bags, including golf bags, are not allowed but may be left at the front desk.
  • Any large bags brought onsite may be screened by security staff.
  • The USGA Experience and World Golf Hall of Fame is not responsible for bags left at the front desk.

 

Photo/Video

  • Non-flash photography and video for personal use is allowed.
  • The use of tripods, monopods, drones, selfie sticks or similar devices is prohibited.
  • Filming of guided tours is at the discretion of the individual guide or docent.
  • Photography or videos depicting images of the USGA Experience and WGHOF building or any of its objects or exhibits for commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission from the USGA.

 

Smoking

  • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed.
  • Smoking is allowed outdoors in designated areas only.

 

Medical and Mobility Devices

  • Visitors are welcome to bring any medical supplies, devices or equipment they might need.
  • Use of manual and motorized mobility devices (e.g., scooters, walkers, wheelchairs) is allowed. Devices used strictly for recreational purposes are prohibited. Wheelchairs are available onsite for use.
  • Public storage space is not available, so visitors should plan to maintain possession of these devices throughout their visit.

 

Re-Entry

  • Visitors are allowed to leave and return on the same day. A wristband will be provided to allow for re-entry.

 

Code of Conduct

  • Verbally abusive, harassing, discriminatory or threatening statements or behavior toward staff or other visitors is not tolerated.
  • Conduct that poses any risk to other visitors, the staff, or the collection, such as running, rough play and disruptive behavior is prohibited.
  • Firearms, weapons or hazardous materials are prohibited.
  • Commercial activity and solicitation are prohibited.
  • Unsanctioned tours are prohibited.
  • Trespassing or entering restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
