The Prevention Policies set forth the standards of conduct and proactive measures that all Adult Participants must follow when interacting with minor athletes, including one-on-one interactions, meetings, training sessions, transportation, lodging, electronic communications and social media, photography and videography, locker rooms and changing areas, athletic training and medical modalities. The Prevention Policies are based on the Minor Athlete Abuse and Prevention Policies established by the U.S. Center for SafeSport. USGA annually reviews these Prevention Policies and updates them, as needed.
