Patrick Kelly
President, British Columbia Golf
Patrick Kelly is a member of the Leq’a:mel First Nation located in the Fraser Valley east of Vancouver. In addition to his role as President of BC Golf, he is currently the board chair of the Coastal First Nations and of the Victoria Foundation. Patrick also serves on the judicial council of the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
Patrick also has served in the recent past as an advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of BC, advisor to the Missing Women's Commission of Inquiry, as a bencher (board member) of the Law Society of BC, a governor for the Law Foundation of BC, and serves on the boards of the BC Buildings Corporation and Vancouver Community College. Patrick has been director, strategic planning and communications for the Department of Indian Affairs Canada; vice president, Canadian Executive Services Organization; manager, Cultural Relations and Corporate Training BC Hydro; and executive director, Canadian Council of Aboriginal Business.
