General Information
Omaha (Neb.) Country Club will host the 41st U.S. Senior Open Championship from July 5-11, 2021. Approximately 2,200 volunteers will comprise the Volunteer program for the 2021 U.S. Senior Open. Omaha Country Club previously hosted in 2013 when Kenny Perry won the championship. Omaha Country Club will be one of seven clubs to host the U.S. Senior Open twice.

Time Commitment
All volunteers for the 2021 U.S. Senior Open Championship will volunteer for a minimum of four (4) shifts, with each shift lasting between five (5) to six (6) hours, and will be responsible for arriving at their assigned positions on time, without the use of cart transportation. Volunteers will not be paid wages or compensated in any other manner in exchange for their volunteer activities.
Cost
Volunteers will be required to purchase the Volunteer Package for $95 plus applicable taxes.
Volunteer Package
Volunteers will receive:
- One (1) championship logoed golf shirt
- One (1) piece of championship logoed outerwear
- One (1) ball cap or visor
- One (1) clear drawstring backpack
- One (1) volunteer lapel pin
- One (1) volunteer water bottle
- One (1) volunteer credential valid for all days the gates are open to the general public
- Complimentary food, snacks and beverages on the days you volunteer
Committee Assignment
Approximately 19 committees will comprise the Volunteer Program at the 2021 U.S. Senior Open. Please note: volunteers may be subject to a criminal history background check and/or a motor vehicle (MVR) check based on committee assignment. All confirmed volunteers will receive an email notification when they have been assigned to a committee.
Application
Volunteer opportunities are largely granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Championship Office will notify you if you have been selected as a volunteer. You can fill out the application online by clicking here.
